The Whelan Gathering in August 2026
The Whelan Gathering this year will be staged as a Lunch at The Emerald Hotel at 415 Clarendon Street in South Melbourne in memory of old Astor Records, RCA Records & BMG Music colleague Peter Whelan. This is usually held mid-year and we ask you to join our email mailing list if you are interested in attending this annual event [moc.liamg|inmula.cimra#moc.liamg|inmula.cimra].

Our Annual Summer Drinks Event will be held next on Sunday the 31st of January 2027, for drinks upstairs at the Corner Hotel Richmond. This is a chance to enjoy a casual drink with former and present friends and colleagues from the Australian Recorded Music Industry Alumni (Melbourne Chapter). Stay tuned for more details as we get closer to that time. Get ready to come and share your latest life Summer adventures and your music industry war stories. This event is free for ARMIC members and their guests.
